ZITI SALAD 
1 lb. ziti, cooked, rinsed & drained
1/4 c. milk
1 red onion, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
1 shallot, chopped
1 pkg. snow peas, thawed
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
6 sweet pickles, chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. fresh dill, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. pickle juice
1 tsp. red wine vinegar

In large bowl, combine ziti and milk; toss to coat. Add vegetables and toss. Combine ingredients for dressing. Pour over ziti mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate before serving.
