QUICK 'N EASY SAUSAGE GRAVY 
1/2 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
1/3 heaping cup all-purpose flour
4 cups (+/-) milk (to desired thickness)
season, to taste (salt, pepper, etc.)

Crumble the sausage in a medium skillet and cook thoroughly. I use a potato masher to crumble as it cooks. Drain excess fat.

Sprinkle flour all over the sausage and cut in with the potato masher over low heat until no white shows. Turn heat on high and slowly pour in milk while stirring (I use the masher for stirring also).

Stir constantly until boiling begins. Lower the heat but maintain low boiling until thickened.

Serve over biscuits, eggs, grits or whatever you like.
