WILD RICE AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. white wine or orange juice
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Grease casserole with Pam. Mix above ingredients except chicken and soup mix. Place chicken on top of mixture in casserole; sprinkle onion soup on top. Cover with 2 layers of foil and seal tightly. Bake in 325 degree oven for 2 hours. You also may add broccoli, mushrooms, or mandarin oranges.
