BUSY DAY CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 c. uncooked rice 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 soup cans water 1 fryer, cut up Put rice in bottom of casserole. Lay chicken pieces on top of rice. Mix soup and water; pour over chicken. Cook at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Yield 6 servings. |
