PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (15 1/2 oz. or 20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 c. sharp grated cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Drain pineapple and place in dish. Mix dry ingredients (cheese, flour, sugar). Pour over pineapple. Crumble crackers on top. Cover with melted butter. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
