MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
2 c. corn meal
4 eggs
4 tsp. baking powder
3 1/2 tsp. salt
1 can creamed corn
1/2 lb. butter or 1 round patty
1 c. grated cheese
1-2 sm. onions
2 jalapeno peppers with sm. amount of juice from peppers

Soften butter and mix all ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. Slightly grease pan or muffin tins.
