BLENDER CUSTARD PIE 
3/4 stick butter
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut (if desired)

Put everything into blender and mix. Pour into a greased and floured 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
