PISTACHIO DESSERT | |
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers 2/3 c. melted butter 2 pkg. pistachio instant pudding 2 c. milk 1 qt. vanilla ice cream Melt the butter; mix in crackers. Pat in 9 x 13 inch pan; cool in refrigerator. Mix pudding with milk and then fold in softened ice cream. Keep refrigerated. |
