CHICKEN BOMBAY 
4 tsp. ginger
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 cloves garlic, pressed or 2 tsp. powder
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 med. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 cut up fryer or breast parts, remove skin

Mix ginger vinegar, garlic, ketchup, onions and soy sauce. Simmer chicken and sauce in a covered skillet for 1 hour and uncovered for 15 minutes.

SUGGESTION: Serve with rice and use broth from skillet over the rice.
