Filleted fish House Autry Seafood breader mix Old Bay Seafood seasoning 1 c. milk 1 sm. onion 1/2 stick butter 5 strips bacon Salt and pepper Cover fish with seafood breader mix. Salt and pepper the fish and place them flat in a casserole dish. Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning on top. Pour milk in dish. Dice onion and place on top of fish. Lay bacon strips over fish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Suggested fish types: King or Spanish mackerel, flounder, catfish. |
