CHEAP STEAK 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
3 tbsp. oil
1 lg. onion
4 med. potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup

Flour and brown round steak in oil in large electric skillet. Add onion, potatoes, each cut in 6 length strips, salt and pepper. Add soup plus enough water to almost cover. Set oven to 220 degrees for 1 hour. Add more water, if needed for gravy.
