TACO SHELLS 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. cornmeal
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

FILLING:

Browned hamburger
Taco seasoning
Chopped onion
Chopped peppers
Grated cheese
Chopped tomatoes
Lettuce, shredded
Taco sauce

Beat eggs until light. Mix cornmeal, butter, cornstarch and salt with milk until smooth. Add to eggs. Fry on griddle like pancakes at 425 degrees.
