CHILI DOG 
10 hot dog buns
butter, softened
1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 lb. hot dogs (10 hot dogs)

Spread buns with butter. Mix chili and mustard in 1 1/2 quart saucepan. Make 4 or 5 diagonal cuts 1/4 inch deep in each hot dog. Put hot dogs and saucepan on the stove. Put chili on stove. Grill 7 to 10 minutes over medium stove, turning hot dogs and stirring chili often.

During last 3 to 4 minutes, toast buns, buttered side down. Put a hot dog in each bun and top with chili mixture.
