APPLE CRISP 
6-8 Jonathan apples
Cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. oatmeal
1/8 tsp. baking soda

Peel and slice apples into 10 x 13 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. In another bowl, melt butter; add remaining ingredients. Mix together and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned.
