MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 1/2 c. macaroni
Sharp cheese (grated)
Salt and pepper
2 lg. or 3 sm. eggs
3 1/2 c. milk

Cook macaroni in salt water until chewy (about 10 minutes, not too soft). Drain macaroni. Layer macaroni and grated cheese. Make 2 layers using as much cheese as you like.

Sprinkle layers with salt and pepper. Beat eggs and add milk. Pour over macaroni. If macaroni is not slightly covered, add more milk. Sprinkle top with pepper. Cook 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees in 2 quart dish.
