MARY'S VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. Veg-All, drained
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients; place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Spread buttered cracker crumbs on top; bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Cracker topping; approximately 20 Ritz crackers and 1/4 stick butter. Buttered herb stuffing may be substituted for cracker topping.
