CHEESE BREAD 
2 loaves French read
1 lb. real butter (softened)
3 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese (thinly sliced)

Cut bread in 1/2 lengthwise. Mix butter, seeds and mustard. Spread 3/4 over 4 halves. Layer cheese on bottom half of loaf. Put together. Put on foil in pan, turn up edges. Butter tops with last of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
