CHOCOLATE BARS - SUGAR FREE 
1/4 c. cocoa, scant
1/3 c. shortening
2 tbsp. liquid sweetener
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sifted cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Melt shortening. Add cocoa, sweetener, vanilla and beaten eggs. Stir until well blended. Add flour, salt and soda; mix well. Batter will be dry. Spread into a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake in slow oven at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Cut into 30 bars or squares. Calories: 2 bars = 71.
