2 c. water
1/2 c. salt
2 tbsp. powdered alum
1/4 c. oil
2 1/4 c. flour

Bring to boil the water and salt. Remove from heat and add the alum, oil and flour. Turn out on floured board and knead in food coloring. Store in an air tight container.
