CHOCOLATE COOKIE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs, beaten or 1/2 c. egg substitute
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Measure flour and resift with sugar and salt. Set aside. In a saucepan add butter, water and cocoa. Bring to a boil. Cool to lukewarm. Pour over flour and sugar mixture. In another bowl, put eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla. Add to other mixture. Mix well. Bake in greased and floured cookie sheet pan 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 inches for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Start icing last 5 minutes of baking cake.

ICING:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
