1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 med. Cool Whip
1 sm. chocolate instant pudding
1 sm. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 med. Cool Whip

For crust, mix flour, chopped nuts and butter, press into pan and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

For filling, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 med. Cool Whip; mix well. Spread onto cold crust.

Mix puddings, spread on cheese mixture.

For topping, spread 1 med. Cool Whip on top, sprinkle with nuts and refrigerate.
