MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. melted butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa (more if desired)
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 can coconut
7 oz. jar marshmallow creme

Mix all ingredients except the marshmallow creme in order given. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 35 minutes (only) at 350 degrees. Remove cake from oven. Punch holes in cake with clean knitting needle or ice pick, after a few minutes and spread with marshmallow creme. Cool. Top with icing.

ICING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine. Frost Mississippi Mud Cake.
