CHEESE CAKE COOKIE 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 7 x 9 inch pan. Combine flour, walnuts and brown sugar. Stir in melted butter until mix is crumbly. Reserve and set aside 1/3 cup of this crumb mixture. Pat the remaining mixture into bottom of pan. Place in oven and bake 12 to 15 minutes.

While crust is baking, beat cream cheese and sugar together. Add egg, milk, lemon juice and vanilla and beat well. When crust is done, pour in cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle on the top the crumb mixture set aside earlier. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Cool, cut into squares. Refrigerate.
