CHEESECAKE COOKIES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 inch square baking pan. In small bowl combine flour, walnuts and brown sugar. Stir in melted butter until well combined. Reserve 1/3 cup. Pat remaining crumb mixture evenly into pan. Bake 12-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in small bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour over crust, sprinkle on reserved crumbs. Bake 30 minutes more or until set. Cool on wire rack. When cool cut into 2 inch squares, cut each square diagonally in half. Makes 32 about 100 calories each.
