CHICKEN POT PIE 
1/2 onion, chopped
1 stick butter

Melt and cook onion in microwave (about 2 to 3 minutes)

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 chicken (boiled, deboned and diced)
1 can of English peas (optional) drain peas

Salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients together. Put in a baked deep dish pie crust. Put an unbaked crust on top. Cut off extra crust. Flute the top. Bake at 350 degrees until brown (about 45 minutes).

This makes two pies. You will use two deep dish pie crusts and 2 regular pie crust.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
