1 c. mashed sweet potato
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 c. sugar or less
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes and 300 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until set. Makes 1 big pie.
