APPLESAUCE RAISIN BREAD 
1 Village Baker mini-loaves rack
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs
1 c. applesauce

Place all dry ingredients into large bowl. Stir in raisins and nuts. Combine the eggs, applesauce, and oil. Add to the dry ingredients and stir just until blended. Divide batter into the greased mini-loaf rack and bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 50 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
