PASOLIE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage
4 cans stewed tomatoes
3 cans yellow hominy
2 cans chopped green chilies
1 onion, chopped
Garlic salt to taste

Brown the meats, drain off the grease. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer approximately one hour. Use all the liquids in the canned ingredients.
