ORANGE BREAKFAST CRUNCH 
1 1/4 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Melt butter in a 9x13 inch baking pan in oven about 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix ell. Bake 10-12 minutes or until deep golden brown. Stir.

Cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months. Sprinkle over oatmeal, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes, waffles, or French toast.
