BAKED BREAKFAST 
6 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
8 slices white bread, crusts removed
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. slivered ham or 1 lb. cooked bulk sausage

Beat eggs, salt, mustard and milk as for scrambled eggs. Cube the bread. Mix all ingredients. Put in greased 9"x11" casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour. Cut in squares.
