HOT DOG SAUCE 
4 to 5 lbs. extra lean ground beef
2 pkgs. Durkee chili mix
1 can (qt. size) tomato juice
1 lg. can tomato paste

Fry hamburger until done, drain off all grease and let cool. When cooled off, crumble into fine pieces into large pan. Add chili mix, tomato juice and tomato paste. Simmer until thick enough to serve on hot dogs.
