NO KNEAD ROLLS 
3/4 c. scalded milk
1/4 c. butter or shortening
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
2 cakes or packets yeast
3 c. flour
1/4 c. warm, not hot, water

Combine milk, butter, sugar and salt. Cool mixture to lukewarm and add the beaten eggs. Add yeast to warm water, then add to milk mixture. Add flour. Mix up well. Place in the refrigerator; covered with a towel for an hour (it will rise).

Remove dough and shape into rolls; will need flour to work into rolls. Dough is sticky. Let rise a couple of hours, the longer the better. Bake at 400 degrees.
