DIANA'S FRUIT SALAD 
3 oz. peach Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 c. Cool Whip
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
15 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve Jello in water and add ice cubes and stir. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into glass bowl and refrigerate. Garnish with extra mandarin oranges.
