2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk

Mix with mixer on high about 1 to 2 minutes. Bake on 400 degrees about 20 minutes.
