CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 pkg. (4 serving) Jello chocolate pudding
3 1/2 c. cold milk

Combine cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in half of whipped topping. Spread over crust.

Using 3 1/2 cups cold milk, prepare pudding as directed on package. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill several hours or overnight. (12 to 15 servings.)
