1 family size pkg. lime Jello
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cabbage, grated
2 c. celery
1 tsp. salt
Olives and 1/4 of med. onion

Mix like any other congealed salad. Add vegetables after Jello starts to congeal. I have used the cabbage and carrots that you can buy already grated.
