7 LAYER JELLO 
4 pkgs. Jello (green, orange, red, yello)
1 pt. sour cream
2 envelopes Knox gelatin (plain)

Lightly grease 13 x 9 x 2 pan with oil or spray with Pam. 1.) Take 1 package Jello any color. Dissolve in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Pour into pan. Put in refrigerator to set.

2.) 2 c. milk. Bring to a boil, add 1 cup sugar (granulated). Mix until dissolved

3.) 2 enveloped Knox gelatin; dissolve in 1/2 cup cold water. Add to milk and sugar and stir.

4.) 2 cup (1 pint) sour cream, add 2 teaspoons vanilla and add to milk mixture and blend with mixer. When cool, spoon on 1 1/2 cup of this on Jello layer, put in refrigerator to set.

5.) Continue as number 1 for Jello layer

6.) Add cream layer, etc.

To keep cream from setting while waiting, place dish in warm water. Jello layers take from 30 to 40 minutes to set.
