4 BEAN SALAD 
2 c. green beans, drained
2 c. yellow beans, drained
2 c. kidney beans, drained
2 c. chick peas or black eyed peas, drained
1 green pepper, cut in rings
1 onion, cut in rings
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt

Marinate 2 or 3 days.
