BROCCOLI PUFF 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers or fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain thoroughly. Spray baking dish with cooking spray or butter dish. Place broccoli in the baking dish. Mix soup, cheese, milk, mayonnaise and egg. Pour over broccoli. Top with Ritz crackers or the bread crumbs mixed with the melted butter.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until bubbly and the crumbs are lightly browned.

Serves 6.
