PEANUT BUTTER HAYSTACKS 
1 c. (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. salted peanuts
2 c. chow mein noodles

Place chips and peanut butter in 2-quart casserole or bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at 50% power (medium) 3-5 minutes until most of chips are shiny and soft. Blend well.

Stir in peanuts and chow mein noodles with spatula. Drop by forkfuls onto wax paper. Cool until set. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
