PEANUT BUTTER HAYSTACKS (MICROWAVE) | |
1 c. butterscotch chips 1/2 c. peanut butter 2 c. chow mein noodles 1/2 c. salted peanuts Put chips and peanut butter in casserole and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at 50% power 3 to 5 minutes until chips are soft and shiny. Mix well. Stir in chow mein noodles and peanuts with rubber spatula. Drop by forkfuls into wax paper. Cool until set. |
