PEANUT BUTTER HAYSTACKS
(MICROWAVE)
 
1 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. chow mein noodles
1/2 c. salted peanuts

Put chips and peanut butter in casserole and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at 50% power 3 to 5 minutes until chips are soft and shiny. Mix well. Stir in chow mein noodles and peanuts with rubber spatula. Drop by forkfuls into wax paper. Cool until set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
