PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
DIP:

1 pkg. almond bark (48 cookies)

Melt in microwave and let cool.

Spread Ritz crackers (salted side in) with chunky peanut butter. Dip in above mixture and place on wax paper to cool. Keep in refrigerator.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
