MAKE - AHEAD BUTTERHORNS 
1 tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
4-4 1/2 c. flour

Mix yeast and warm water; set aside. Add milk to butter and remove from heat. Mix together remaining ingredients; add milk-butter mix, then add yeast mixture. Mix well and let stand 2-4 hours. Mix down and divide in 1/2.

Roll into 12-inch circles. Cut in 16 wedges. Roll into crescents. Place on pans; freeze 2 hours. Bag.

To use: Place on greased cookie sheet 4-5 hours before use. When raised, bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
