1 refried beans
2 mashed avocado, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise & 3 tbsp. sour cream
3 (1 pkg.) taco seasoning mix
4 grated Cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese (about 8 oz.)
5 chopped scallions, tomato & black olives

Put these layers in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
