CHERRY DELIGHT | |
1/2 lb. graham cracker crumbs 1 stick butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. whipped cream or 2 c. whipped topping 1 (1 lb. 6 oz.) can cherry pie filling, chilled Blend butter and crumbs and press into bottom of a 10-inch pie pan. Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, and whipped cream until fluffy. Spoon onto crust. Top with cherry pie filling. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. |
