CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
2 med. onions
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler fryer chicken, cut up
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (1 lb.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 to 2 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp. basil, crushed
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 bay leaf
1/4 c. dry white wing

Place sliced onions in bottom of crock pot. Add chicken pieces, minced garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, herbs and white wine. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. serve chicken pieces with sauce over hot buttered spaghetti.
