WINE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil (Crisco oil is good)
3/4 c. creme sherry
1 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat for 5 minutes. Pour into a well greased angel food or spring mold pan. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Remove from pan and powdered sugar may be sifted over top.
