BUTTER RUM CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 lb. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. rum flavoring
Dash of salt

Cream butter well, add sugar, gradually add eggs one at a time, add flavorings and flour; mix well. Pour into a bundt pan, greased and floured. Bake about 1 hour in a slow oven (300 degrees)

BUTTER RUM ICING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. rum flavoring
