BAR-B-Q BRISKET 
4-5 lb. brisket
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
Onion, celery, garlic salt
A-1 sauce
Barbecue sauce

Sprinkle each side of a 4-5 pound brisket with 2 tablespoons liquid smoke, onion, celery, garlic salt. Cover and let stand overnight.

Next morning, sprinkle A-1 sauce over top. Wrap tight in foil. Bake 5 hours at 275 degrees. Open and pour barbecue sauce over meat and bake uncovered 1 hour.
