PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 to 8 pork chops
1 Bermuda onion, sliced
4 to 5 white potatoes, sliced
Frozen green beans
1 tbsp. oil

Fry pork chops in hot oil until browned. Remove from pan. In the same pan, layer onion slices, pork chops, potatoes then frozen green beans. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer over low heat 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
